We provide Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and it’s based on a monthly subscription model.
Each plan comes with a dedicated number of templates, PDF conversions, and other features. Please look at our pricing section; you may cancel the subscription anytime.
On average, it takes about 1.5 seconds to 30 seconds. The generation time may also depend on the content you are trying to generate.
Our data and applications are hosted by AWS (Amazon Web Services).
You can specify export_type when generating PDFs:
- The option “file” returns binary data of the generated PDF(More secure and completely private) and the response HTTP header Content-Disposition is set to attachment. We do not store the PDFs for this option.
- The option “s3“, the PDF will be stored on AWS S3. The PDFs will be removed once they expire.

For PDF generation, each API request consumes 1 credit. For other operations such as adding text, applying a watermark, or merging PDFs, each API request consumes 0.5 credit.
For example, with the Lite Plan (1,200 credits/month):

You can generate up to 1,200 PDFs from templates per month.

For lighter operations like adding a watermark, you can perform up to 2,400 operations per month (since each consumes 0.5 credit).
